Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. On May 8th 2021 nine parishioners showed up “Swift Strong” to assist with landscaping at three local homes built by Habitat for Humanity Greater Plymouth for veterans in need (Long Pond Road in Plymouth). Swift Memorial Mission Commission will continue to look for new opportunities to help our neighbors, including additional service projects with Habitat for Humanity.
